First, the problem caused by compressed air pollution
Compressed air is an important power force for a wide range of industrial applications. The compressed air in all compressed air systems comes from the atmosphere and contains large amounts of dust, water vapor, and bacteria that are not sufficiently burned hydrocarbons. In addition, the lubrication system of an air compressor generates contaminants such as wear particles and oil. Some oil-free compressors can also produce this contaminant. This oil is acidic and is an inferior oil that does not play any lubricating role. Compressed air distribution system piping rust can also contaminate compressed air. All this dust, oil and water mix together to form an extremely harmful corrosive sludge that can quickly wear down pneumatic equipment, clog valves and corrode pipelines, resulting in: air leakage, production stagnation, product scrap, affected working environment, damaged tools and equipment, increased maintenance costs, and health and safety threats.

Second, the superior characteristics of HF series filters
Using the independent design and development of high-efficiency filter element, the filter material has 96% dust holding space, has good oleophobic and hydrophobicity, and under normal working conditions, the working time of the filter element can be up to 8000 hours.
The housing is constructed with high-strength die-cast/extruded aluminum alloy and has a compact design that reduces the space required for maintenance.
The surface is treated with special oxidation and epoxy sprayed to improve durability and corrosion resistance. The inlet and outlet are threaded and the air flow direction is marked on the housing, making it easy to install.
Optional differential pressure display device to visually indicate the best time to replace the filter element; The initial saturation pressure drop of the O, A class filter is below 0.2 barg. The critical saturation pressure drop to replace the filter element is 0.3barg, which can fully meet the service performance of 8000 hours under normal working conditions.
According to the requirements of different working conditions, a variety of automatic liquid discharge devices are selected.
Third. Installation instructions
The filter should generally be installed after the aftercooler and the air storage tank near the point of use and the lowest temperature, so that the oil and water vapor can be condensed as much as possible and eliminated by the filter. Installation close to the point of use prevents clean air from being contaminated by dirt in downstream piping.
Do not install the filter behind the quick-open valve and prevent backflow and shock.
Since contaminants in the downstream lines of the pre-existing filter are extremely difficult to eliminate, it is highly recommended to install the main pipe filter close to the compressor and the terminal filter at the point of use.
The piping needs to be thoroughly purged before installing the filter and connecting the air points
When installing the filter, allow enough space to replace the filter element.
Because contaminants can leak downstream from the valve, avoid bypass as much as possible.
The liquid discharged by the blowdown valve can be collected and treated with appropriate tubes.
